Zargurt

You walk into a peaceful meadow.

Sunlight filters through a emerald canopy and plays along the moss and tender blossoms. You and Inness walk silently, side by side, breathing deeply in the cold, fragrant air of winter and flowers. Although you are wearing only your regular clothes, no coat or hat, you feel only warm sun on your bare arms and face, and a slight, delightful chill that keeps you awake in the delicious way that you feel when it's snowing outside, and you can just feel the chill, but you are snuggled into your bed with a warm comforter. A ripple of happy laughter comes from your lips, and you flush, eyes shining, happiness brought on by something sudden, like a hidden surprise just waiting to be found. Inness smiles and says, "This is the future home of a zargurt. I will try to tell you the little that I know about the zargurt species, but be patient with me, for I know not all of the information. A zargurt a creature related to the Red Elk, and the Kudu. Both are uncommon animals to find. The zargurt graze on grasses, leaves, berries, and nuts. They will also rarely eat meat. These creatures are calm and caring. A zargurt will risk its life for its true owner. A normal-sized clutch of eggs ranges from 2-13 in number. It is uncertain why these mammal, Elk-like creatures lay eggs. Males tend to be more kind and outgoing, and bold.
And now I will show you why I've been telling you about the zargurt creatures." Inness leads you to a nest of yarn, much like the ones of the Neevia and the Lyris' nests. Nestled among the warm, colorful yarn is an egg.
